ESE Consulting, LLC are passionate educators and applied anthropologists committed to applying disruptive innovation into educational environments. ESE-Consulting, LLC helps increase and maintain student enrollment based on our network of families and non profit organizations We help to build and maintain successful relationships with parents, educators and administrators of exceptional adolescent youth.
We employ scientific and artistic theories and methods to help advance the social emotional development of exceptional adolescent youth.
Lead by Dr. Deneia Y. Fairwather Ph.D
Dr. Fairweather holds a doctorate degree in Applied Cultural Anthropology and a masters in education from the University of South Florida. Dr. Fairweather also holds a Professional Educator's Certificate from the State of Florida with certifications in exceptional student education, reading education, elementary education and a gifted endorsement.
