Where exceptional youth turn creativity into healing, voice, and visibility.
AIM is a virtual museum where young people showcase their art and tell their stories—using imagination and creative freedom to build social-emotional strength. It's our flagship program, grounded in anthropology, art, and science.
Anthropology in Motion™ (AIM) applies anthropological thinking to one simple belief: every young person has a story worth archiving, and creating that story is itself an act of healing. Through a virtual museum, exceptional youth produce and exhibit art, building a living archive of their imagination, identity, and growth.
AIM was created by ESE Consulting, LLC to advance the social-emotional development of exceptional adolescent youth—the same mission that drives all of our work, expressed through creativity rather than a classroom.
Today's youth are deeply affected by stress, exclusion, and mental and emotional pressures they often can't name—and that unspoken weight gets in the way of their social and emotional healing. Traditional settings rarely give them the time, space, or tools to process it.
Art changes that. Creative expression gives young people a safe, powerful way to explore identity, work through difficult experiences, and be seen. AIM gives them the stage — with no limit on their creativity.
Youth-created exhibits — original art that gives young people a voice and an audience.
A living archive — a growing collection that captures each creator's imagination and growth over time.
Creative freedom — a core principle of AIM: there is no limit to what a young person can create.
Social-emotional growth by design — every exhibit is an opportunity to build confidence, reflection, and connection.
A ready-made, arts-based way to support the social-emotional development of exceptional students.
A fundable, mission-aligned program that gives the youth and families you serve a creative outlet and a voice.
A welcoming space to create, share art, and be seen—on your own terms.
A tangible, high-impact initiative to support or sponsor an exhibit or fund a cohort of young creators.
Whether you want to explore the museum, bring AIM to your program, or support a young creator, we'd love to hear from you.
